      Opportunity to collaborate with an array of linguists

      Cons

      Childish team leader who feels the need to be patronising. Poor overall management. A lot of arrogance amongst colleagues who have been there for a long time. Offering unethical rates to linguists. Huge workload, long working hours, with no compensation.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
