Pros

They offer remote position and paid on-job training. They are willing to train even if you have no experience. Great place to start if you want to learn more about interpreting. Remote position will help with people who want to find a work from home job.

Cons

Low pay and high call demand. You will receive about 15-25 calls per day depend on your languages. You will have to deal means customers and micro-management. There are a lot of rules that you have to follow, but sometime those rules will give you a hard time when you on calls.

Pros

Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

Cons

My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
