Pros

The only advantage of working for Cigna was that the position was kind of remote, to be precise it is work from home. They position it as remote job, but you will get enormous computer with two huge screens , which will make it imposible to work from any other place than your home. Later on they will also specify that it is work from home and that you are not allowed to work futher than 200 km from Madrid.

Cons

1) Inadequate and toxic management! 2) Weak training, which actually is not preparing you for what you are going to do. 3) High rotation. Managers are firing people just because or claiming that they are not on target.Dont 4) Very low salary for what it is. 5) Robotic tasks with high targets. 4) No opportunities to grow, no clear career path. 5) Understaffed in knowledgable employees, only few people in the company know what they are doing, which leads to inbalance. Managers usually are clueless. 6)Stay away, unless you are really desperate.

Pros

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Cons

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
