Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay,

Cons

High Premium Medical, If you have concerns about management, its best you keep them to yourself, if not you will be retaliated against. (excluded from team meetings) I worked for the MPC program, you are assigned more cases than you can handle and will still have to provide phone support if needed. Stress is a major factor in this department, there is no morale, managers play favorites.

Pros

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Cons

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
