      Pros

      Can take whatever time you need off. If you are placed in a setting that you really like/don't like, you can feed that back and the agency will take it into account when giving you shifts. Nice people who work at the agency.

      Cons

      Sometimes you won't get any shifts for a while, or just the odd day here and there, so not ideal if you are only relying on the money from this job. Can be stressful and exhausting moving between different settings frequently.
