Poor training, cliquey atmosphere, revolving door recruitment (a lot of people don’t last, I was on training with 8 others all of whom lost their jobs or left within 6 months), expected to work past working hours all the time, low wages, lie about progression, come across as this happy, smiley company who love everyone, not the case when you get inside it. Don’t believe the hype they promote on social media, all for show.
