A market leading training scheme for new starters or as we like to call them, Academites! You will have full ongoing support from your line management and our LD team to ensure that you have everything you could possibly need to succeed Market leading commision structure giving consultants the oppurtunity to earn life changing sums of money We are a large organisation but it feels like a family run business at its core. I wouldnt want to work for anyone else
Cons
Honestly, it is really difficult thinking of a con. What I will say is that everyone is so passionate about the organisation and the success of everyone in it. Any new comers looking to join must share that level of passion and commitment.
