When I get asked in interviews why I love working for the company, the first thing that springs to mind is always progression and development. I started as a temp 4 and a half years ago and have been given different opportunities and pathways throughout this time. As a Team Leader I am supported by the senior management to develop my own skills and give me the tools to develop my team. There is always an exciting buzz in the office and it genuinely feels like a big family. I couldn't reccomend working for this company more.
