Pros
I have worked at TeacherActive for over 3 years and during this time I have received outstanding training and support. My Area Manager in particular has taken this journey with me, inspiring me and guiding me to become the successful consultant and developing leader I am now. TeacherActive is deeply invested in its people and I have had numerous opportunities to develop and achieve my own goals. They celebrate success and share best practice. We are truly spoiled at our annual awards night and Christmas party. The earning potential is amazing, with regular pay rises worked into your development as well as an uncapped commission structure.
Cons
We are in the business of working hard and being the best at what we do. Although I don't have any cons to add here, if long hours and a fast paced work environment aren't for you then this would be the main downside.
