Pros

Good salaries and benefits with the possibility to get a pay rise almost every few months! Lovely staff and great locations with top end offices etc.

Cons

7am starts can be a shock for some people. One bad month can lead to dismissal, attrition rate was terrible during my time there and there is no verbal or written warning when they fire people, you are simply called to an office and gone the next minute. A couple of months after leaving this company, I was diagnosed with both narcolepsy and diabetes, which explained a lot but had I been given a little time and support to discover this, I’m certain that things would have turned out differently.
