1) The most disrespectful people in charge I have ever come across in my life. CSAs are treated so poorly and with absolutely no respect or dignity, unless they have a personal relationship with Team Leaders or Operation Managers.
2) Absolutely zero staff empowerment. Staff are chained to the desks and are terrorised if they are off for as little as 2 minutes over their time limit.
3) So demotivating- I have always loved working and have been good at whatever it is I do. In this place its impossible to be good- you are treated as low and unworthy of any kind of good feedback or so much as a pat on the back.
4) The real time staff need to get over themselves- screaming across the call floor for people to get off wrap after 30 seconds. Absolutely ridiculous.
I am still in shock at how badly this place is run- I have never worked in an environment like this before. The staff turnover is extremely high, and now I know why.
