Pros

The job is easy and stable over time, good company culture and good atmosphere with teammates.

Cons

The role has shifted and is more sales than marketing, very little room for improvement or career evolution, unpredictable KPIs and lack of transparency on how the bonus is calculated. The biggest problem is the project itself, more than the comapny so you end up giving up since speaking up is pointless and they clearly tell you that things don't change. You performance will be based on luck.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
