Pros

I've recommended several friends to Teleperformance as I've had nothing but a great experience with the company and have witnessed countless others advance their careers here or springboard into new opportunities. Facility is easy to get to, always clean, friendly employees and support staff always willing to help when there is a question or you need direction.

Cons

The culture of any call center is a culture of change, so for some it can be difficult to work in such a fast-paced ever-changing world. Being customer-focused, some positions are hard to adjust to, but if you put in the time and are willing to learn and adapt, it gets easier with the help of your support team members and you can succeed!

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
