Offshoring Canadian call center roles has resulted in increased service errors and decreased customer satisfaction due to agents' unfamiliarity with Canadian linguistic nuances, local contexts, and potential communication barriers. Lower compensation may also contribute to diminished service quality compared to domestic agents. I worked here for over 13 years and this is why they're no longer BC Top Employees for 2025. Offshoring is just their means of Union Busting.
