-No job security -Makes union jobs unpleasant to drive churn or push into ladder climbing, hoping for better pay, treatment and job security which does not exist -Promote within from union roles only to remove union protection for layoffs for cutting cost -Loyalty not rewarded -Fear mongering and threats rather than support to grow and perform -Performing the work of 2-4 roles for the salary of one -Used to be a great place to work over a decade ago, but has consistently gone downhill
