Hybrid or remote work style. Overall goods benefits and stock/pension plan compared to other companies. Lots of opportunity for learnings and lateral move.
Cons
Stability - reorg happens twice in a year. Business leaders at director level or above who owns P&L but not being able to meet the targeted results will be asked to exit after one year trial and error. Career development - highly dependent on the people leader you work with. There’s no clear path or career development program available for management professionals to climb up the corporate ladder. Work life balance - difficult to separate personal and work life as they expect you to pick up the phone or reply emails for urgent requests and basically anything asked by the leadership team is urgent.
