      Work from home, provided computer and cell phone.

      Cons

      Major micro Management. Felt like we were not trusted to do our jobs. Continuously threatened to lose our jobs. Impossible goals and targets. Jobs cancelled for an entire province without any notice, and in a very underhanded way.
