Pros
Colleagues aren't bad - well intentioned.
Cons
There is no area within TELUS that is currently doing well. Can't hire salespeople that know what they're doing (they don't pay enough). Product Management is terrible and don't develop products. Sales is now run by marketing. Marketing people have no idea what they're doing to run sales. Nor do they understand marketing. I wonder if they've even done basic marketing courses in high school. They are consultants that cannot execute. Extremely hierarchical.
