Pros
The only pro is that they offer part-time contracts.
Cons
- Questions are not answered but ignored - No communication at all - No help whatsoever, not from manager, not from HR, not from pay check - Quantity goes above quality (they have bonuses for quantity) - As flexible as a lead door. Nothing at all. Everything has to come from the employee. Yet when the employee asks a favour in return (for everything they did extra on request) nothing will be given as "this" is not possible - They try to manipulate the so-called anonymous yearly employees surveys by trying to force employees to do them with the manager. It was anonymous, wasn't it?! - Negatively filled in the survey? Count on a conversation with a manager. - The awards they've earned are not honestly earned (Covid-19 award? Really. They have done nothing and still do nothing to help employees getting vaccinated. Other than give them free for this) - Managers are acting as if they never heard before of the issues on the departments. Even when they've been informed by email - Managers say that it is only one of the teams complaining, so it must be them (it sounded like "being dumber" than the other teams. Although it wasn't said this way). This team, consists of people from a country known for being blunt and calling out. And not keeping their mouth shut. - Managers tell letting drown new hires. Because when you help them they become lazy. This was not a one time event. Over and over happened. - Departments are telling new hires they will get help after the training, when starting. This is not the truth. They know and agree with the "letting drown new hires" policy. - After giving your (2 months) notice, you will be ignored completely. They don't reply to the emails about this. Management forget to invite you to meetings and then sends Team Lead to ask where you are. Etc. etc. - When asking a question, by mouth, the most heard (99,9%) answer "we will come back to this". At that moment you know you will never hear about it again. They are afraid to say "NO". But forget that NO is an answer, an dmuch better than being ignored and not getting an answer. - Not answering and ignoring is culture. Stop with this awful habit. Remember that NO is an answer also and much better than hear nothing,
