Don't recommend - Anonymous employee TELUS Employee Review

I work in a lesser known division of TELUS that is growing massively, but my salary has been frozen since I've been there. They overwork without compensating you - super short staffed for the longest time. We are finally at a normal staff level, but those who have more knowledge are not compensated for it, so it's like being unionized (some people work tons, others do nothing) except you don't even have the guaranteed raise in your collective agreement. Also my division cannot work at home, so...... No career growth.
