Pros
The company is open to self-driven innovation, although you will likely be doing it on your own time and against opposition until you have numbers to back it up.
Cons
There's a lot of silo-ing which makes it difficult to grow or work with other people. In addition, the developer culture is lacking. TELUS is trying to fix that but doesn't have much idea how to, which is not great to work in but allows for a lot of room to make change.
