Worst Company and Poor Management - Senior Test Engineer TELUS Employee Review

My experience with this company, especially in the telecom automation domain, was disappointing. The automation lead lacked technical depth, provided minimal support to the team, and often displayed unprofessional behavior. Commitments were made to management without discussing feasibility with the team, and members were later forced to implement those decisions, leading to stress and rework. The overall environment felt highly political, which negatively impacted morale and productivity.
