Pros

Will hire anyone with a warm body because their turnover is over 80% within 3 months in outbound sales. Very unethical company that equally screws over customers as much as employees and gaslights them both and acts dismissive. You will face clawbacks on commissions because technicians cancel your orders and rebook them under their own ID's. That sucks when its a Holy G with a $500 commission. Sales people OTP on the phone will also cancel your orders and steal your commissions. Their excuse is usually to modify the order to add or remove something. Pure snake pit. I did outbound call center, customer service, as well as D2D. You better be making at least 3 sales a day at minimum of at least 5 products or you're toast. The pro? You'll realize that once you can do sales, you can sell anything and you won't have to work for such a low commission, unethical company. You can go into B2B SAAS and make 5x more with half the stress and way more respect and ethics. Your customers will actually be smart and will understand their problems making your job much easier when you deliver a competitive solution.

Cons

Feels like selling your soul. All the happy good people leave. Resulting in a distilled staff of dark triad personalities mostly. The rest are depressed and rely on medications or alcohol to cope. Its like being customer service/therapist/teacher for one of the most immature and unethical global 2000 companies in the world.
