      Pros

      Because Stradivarius gives to you good career opportunities and quality business education. Also, salaries was more high compared to other companies.

      Cons

      The company has a high duty cycle environments unfortunately. The Company does not give overtime pay. I think these reasons are downside of the Stradivarius.
