From a manager’s perspective - Manager Stradivarius Employee Review

Too much work (especially if its a smaller store with less than 10 employees). No work life balance at all The salary is NOT it at all. When i asked for a raise they told me that in stradivarius you dont work to grow a fortune/get rich As a manager you’re just put between the higher ups and the staff. And the higher ups really make you treat your employees like they are just “disposable” (their word not mine) I’ve worked with them for many years but only 3 on this position. Who wants more details just ask cause i’ve got a ton
