While we recognise there’s always more we can do to support the growth and development of our people, we’ve seen many employees progress into new roles and responsibilities across the business. Internal moves and promotions happen regularly, and we’re focused on building stronger pathways for up skilling and long term career development. We also understand that each individual’s reasons for leaving SiteMinder are personal and varied. We've seen many of our employees grow into their careers with us over several years and we fully support those who choose to move on when they feel ready for a new challenge.
Regarding job titles, we strive for consistency and alignment with market standards, even for specialised roles.
It's also unfortunate to hear that you believe SiteMinder is relatively unknown. SiteMinder is a well respected leader especially within the hospitality and tech industry. Many of our employees have successfully transitioned to roles in other organisations and we are also continuing to focus on building our external brand presence to support both our business and the long-term career prospects of our people.
