We're glad to hear that our hiring process was efficient for you. However, we're disappointed to hear about your experience regarding the workload and pressure. I wish you had raised this while you were still employed with us as it's certainly not the culture we promote and not how we want our team members to feel. We do get a lot of positive feedback via our internal platform office vibe especially when it comes to managers and how supportive they are of their teams. Employee health and wellbeing is a huge focus for us as an organisation. We truly value all of our team members and are very aware of the excellent work done by our support team especially acknowledging how challenging the role can be. I'm genuinely sorry to read about your experience as we strive to achieve the very opposite of what you describe. Regarding your feedback on salaries, peer equity is important and whereas we work within salary bands, enabling us to differentiate salaries based on experience, performance etc we pay particular attention to ensuring an equitable approach. We would hope that employees who feel otherwise would raise any concerns in this regard via their managers or office vibe. We are also open to addressing any concerns raised by our team members.
