Pros
Flexible culture, flexible schedule, workload equal to what you are being paid for
Cons
Managers did not know what they are doing. Some managers got appointed just purely due to connection, they know nothing about the team and the work. If we came up to them and ask for advices, they are not helpful. No career growth or progression AT ALL. Spoke to the manager about this, but his reply is only: This is simply how the role is, this is just how far we can go. And offer no advices or career feedback at all. Very not helpful and no challenges within the company to grow. Pay is below market standard, and there is no pay increase at all. Company's age average is pretty old like 35+ ish. Good if you have family or going to be on maternity leave as they gave all employees 12 months maternity leave at least. And promote bringing your kids to work. There will be a lot of kids sitting with their parents during work hours in the office.
