Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of room to make a difference. If you have a solid idea it is listened to. If you work hard consistently and are good at what you do there is room to move to other areas of the business.
Cons
During the time I worked here the company was growing quickly. Some things happened that I do not believe were ok from a fair work/HR standpoint, however I believe this was due to growing pains and not having a solid HR department a the time.
