As mentioned in other review responses, our Sales teams as always have a critical part to play in the delivery of our 2023 and beyond plans. Sales itself is a challenging vocation and everyday in a sales team can be different which is why so many of us love working within it - and probably why you find your own team so supportive. We do operate from a sales prospecting base and we work hard to ensure we find colleagues who want to own the phone and help prospective customers with the best hospitality software we have. We work hard to ensure that our customers are given the best experience of how our Platform can help their business and demo’ing to our customers is a brilliant part of that journey in showing our work in terms of a real return on investment.
