Your feedback is certainly not in line with our culture or the feedback that we receive every week through our OfficeVibe engagement tool.
Prior to COVID, the exec and Senior teams made regular visits to Galway and hosted both all staff townhalls and smaller group forums to ensure that our people have a voice and an opportunity to raise concerns. Unfortunately, this is the first time that I am hearing this feedback.
We do have a very defined career pathway for sales which is based upon performance. We are in the process of rolling out a new career pathway which not only provides more learning opportunities for our sales team, but also assesses knowledge and behaviours, we are confident that this will address some of the feedback that employees have given to enhance the career pathways.
