Our aim is certainly not to hire external and forget about our team and if we have faltered in this regard, we will hold ourself accountable with a view to making positive change. The aim is to make sure we focus on the growth of our people internally but have this happen in parallel to growing and scaling the org. No small task, i'm sure you would agree. We are always open to discussion with our team on how we can make this happen more effectively. We are realistic in that we are very good at being the size we have been but we have never been the size we are going to be and so it is a journey we are on as a team together, navigating scaling challenges whilst trying to make sure our people feel like they are SiteMinder.
