Very sorry to hear that your experience has been a negative one. May we ask what specifically are the aspects that make you feel this way? We absolutely are changing and are taking any feedback we can onboard in order to make sure that during our scaling, we don't lose sight of the priority, which is our people and so your feedback on this may go a long way to helping us pivot as needed. We are making conscious efforts to ensure we have a great place to work, we know we wont always get it right first time but in the areas we are not getting this right, we want to know abut it so we can do better.
