Great company, poor culture - Developer SiteMinder Employee Review

Poor decisions in relation to letting staff go and internal promotions. There were lots of people that left purely because of poor managers, and inability to make a solid impact on the product. The workplace culture has been going downhill for a while, and has become somewhat toxic.
