I’ve been with SiteMinder for 10 years, currently working as a Market Development Manager for the North America region. I’ve worked under several managers and across different offices — and while no company is perfect, SiteMinder has always been a place I’ve been proud to be part of. What keeps me here is the culture and the people (shout out to my favorite person, Justin Williams!). The flexibility of working from home and the competitive compensation are major pluses. Like any sales role, you get out what you put in — if you work hard, you’ll see it reflected in your pay. I’ve also loved the travel opportunities for hotel shows and the unforgettable Rockstar events (please bring those back — they were such a great motivator!). Those experiences made being in sales exciting and inspiring year after year. All in all, SiteMinder has its ups and downs like any company, but the supportive culture, flexibility, and opportunities for growth make it a place worth staying.

There's high attrition in the North America region but it's the same for a lot of SAAS companies.
