1. Flexible timings. 2. Leave policies are really well. 3. Benefits other than salary are also there. 4. Car lease policy is there to save income-tax. 5. Opportunities to apply in internal vacancies. 6. For technical guys, less experience people can gain more.
Cons
1. Experienced technical people have nothing much to learn. 2. In some teams micro management is there. 3. People with more experience will have less chance of promotion. 4. Variable pay mostly depends on company's sales performance. (Hard to even get 100% of it)

Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
