Cons
Serious gaps in HR and compensation processes, especially during internal transfers. In my experience, an approved internal transfer was not correctly updated in the HR system for an extended period, which resulted in incorrect salary processing, reduced variable pay eligibility, and merit increment being applied on the wrong base. These issues came to light much later, despite consistent performance and long working hours. Compensation decisions were taken without involving or informing the employee, leading to both financial and trust impact.
