      Pros

      Good company culture. No stress. Teams are self managed. Flexible working hours, offsites. Health benefits and nice offices. International company.

      Cons

      Not much variety of projects. Can be boring compared to startups. Projects are not very innovative but very mature. Can't think of more cons really.
