Pros

We get a bonus and my team are supportive

Cons

Outside of my team and my manager, nobody cares about my team. My manager’s manager is useless at her job, I’m not sure why she’s still there or why everyone thinks she’s so great. It’s clear from the Glint comments everyone who reports into her hates it. She doesn’t spend any time understanding the team(s) who report into her, what they do, or who the people are in that team. She doesn’t care about colleagues, she just cares about making things about herself and it’s extremely disappointing. My whole team seem to be expected to do more and more work, with no recognition, reward or additional resource. This will lead to burnout.

We encourage you to contact our Colleague Relations team by raising a People Services ticket. We also recommend speaking with your direct manager or reaching out to our Wellbeing team for guidance on the support available to colleagues. We want to ensure you're making the most of our resources and getting ahead of burnout before it becomes overwhelming.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
