      Una de las mejores empresas para trabajar en España según el ranking de actualidad económica 2025, teniendo en cuenta variables como gestión del talento (proyección profesional, evaluación del rendimiento), retribución y compensación (combinación de salario fijo y variable y en especie y los beneficios sociales), ambiente (horario y política de conciliación), RSC (proyectos sobre sostenibilidad y voluntariado) y formación.

      Dada la naturaleza del Sector, pocas posibilidades de teletrabajo.

      Pros

      Great salary and Job flexibility, I got to do almost whatever I wanted. Fun coworker atmosphere.

      Cons

      its the Spaniard inquisition, if you disagree, you are shown the door and replaced by another Sacyr employee imported from overseas. Spanish is now the main language at the office. The local leadership fights between doing things correctly and doing things the Sacyr (AKA Spainiard) way. Scheduling, safety, HR and finances are a joke, or outright hostile. No wonder there is extremely high turnover.
