      A great company to be squeezed in exchange for a very tight salary

      Pros

      Best of work there are peers. There is a spirit of survival and mutual aid that makes it bearable to work there. Despite the cuts are committed to online and classroom training, especially for languages​​. It is a very good place to give beyond 100%. If you want to feel what it is to work hard this is your company.

      Cons

      The company has shrunk significantly. The growth and development of career depends more on who you are and what contacts you have than your performance. There is no clear remuneration policy. The company is still recovering from the effects of the crisis and its massive debt, which is noted in salary reviews and internal promotions. Not a company to be a lifetime.

      You can have a lot of freedom and find your way. You will have a lot of responsibility. Best starting point but no more than 2 years

      Cons

      There´s no career project nor formative compromise. live, drive and die by the cost doesn´t matter the value just cost is important you will be frustrated. Management procedures are from stone age. It´s fundamental to have family inside to promote.
