Pros

The fact that I have to think really hard says enough, I'll get back to this answer if I can.

Cons

They intentionally outsource recruitment to external entities to negate their responsibilities to their staff, or liability for shortcomings. They sneakily found a way to legally pay you below minimum wage by making you go into contract stating that if you missed just one day of work (even due to certifiable medical absence etc.) your hourly pay rate across the whole month is reduced by a stage. They make it legal by topping up your payslip with the exact amount required to cover the shortfall that makes it legally the exact minimum wage. They essentially cap/reduce your pay if you dont have 100% attendance. You are heavily persuaded (actually given a quota to reach) to hit targets of last minute sales like oversized bags charges or priority boarding for a very minuscule fraction of the sale or penalties for not reaching. This is why employees come across heartless in the handing out of fees. We can be penalised for late gate closures despite the fact that flights are always late, they expect us to close the gates ASAP to bring about missed flight charges. Overall hostile, weird hierarchical environment, would not recommend. Over worked, underpaid and expect you to stand on your two feet your entire working day. Oh and don't forget to smile while doing so!

Pros

Decent salary, but still not enough, and not even comparable with other airlines, also the low cost ones.

Cons

Everything. The worst company I have ever worked for, 0, ZERO respect for the workers. Your are just a slave, that needs to sell as much scratch cards and products on board. If you don't do it? They will call you on your personal mobile and tell you that it's not acceptable and stuff like this, trying to scare you. I have seen people FIRED for this, and even for other stupid things. Also sometimes, it's SO unsafe! There's cabin crews, that I met, that literally don't know anything about this work, not even closing the doors properly. Absolutely a disaster, but yeah, you just need to sell as much as possible, who cares about the rest.. Also, you are not getting paid for OT, it doesn't even exist, usually you do 4 flights in a day, you could start at 5:00 AM (It means that you need to get up at 3:30 maybe, and be at the airport on time), and get back home after 5/6 PM, it happened to me a lot of times, and my health, was absolutely a disaster, I had to leave because I had a lot of medical conditions due to flying too much. I couldn't do that anymore.
