Pros
younger people and people with age and experience also include themselves together in to common goals, definitely less unnecessary things to deal with (culturally and job wise).
Cons
Well like all companies they do tend to loose orientation about what is important and what is not, leading to an wrong resource allocation for strategic decisions. Overall though on the right track to create a healthy functioning company to achieve more in automation sector
