I have really enjoyed my first 6 months at Robert Walters and want to share my positive experience. One of my best experiences of working here is the incredible team culture. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by a group of amazing people who are always willing to lend a hand or offer guidance. I had relocated for this job and the team have been incredibly welcoming and supportive of this. The office morale is consistently high, offering breakfast 3 times a week as well as other condiments making coming into work each day a pleasure. The office is very social with regularly going out for lunch, coffees or an after work pint making you feel a genuine part of the team. Additionally, Robert Walters offers great employee benefits and award schemes highlighting strongly performing employees. Overall, Robert Walters is an outstanding place to work, with a supportive team, positive atmosphere, and fantastic perks. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to advance their career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Sector challenges are tough especially in a smaller business, these can be felt more than a larger company but then the wins feel so much bigger to be apart of!
