Pros
Gives plenty of opportunity to settle down & set-up a base, zero tolerance to bullying, nice colleagues. Collaboration is always encouraged so face-to-face time matters but will get opportunity to work from home once you’ve established trust. Colleagues don’t hog their clients. Good training by management team & trainers.
Cons
Revenue driven so all is about money money money. At times, conflicts may occur between colleagues who don’t want to do split fees while others were covering for them etc. You’re under a lot of pressure to pipeline on a weekly & monthly basis. KPIs are crucial so those are always being watched. Just be mentally prepared to be chased for revenues.
