However, I’m disappointed to read your cons, our leadership behaviours framework sets the benchmark for our managers and equips them to act with authenticity, care and an entrepreneurial mindset, and our team-based reward structure, which is unique in the industry, sets us apart from our competitors and ensures our clients and candidates receive the best service, and allows us to recognise the whole contribution of our people.
