Pros

good company name, big team.

Cons

bonus is not comission, the manager decides your bonus based on how they like you. So they might decide to give you lesser bonus when the other teammate is not performing so that they can keep the bonus to the manager themselves. Also, they change the salary into 1.5M per year base salary and the rest are subsidies, housing allowance and also consultant allowance, so when they let people go, the base salary is only the one they look at. Very shady and snake salary percentage

Thank you for your review. Our collaborative team-based approach is at the heart of our brand, and we've worked diligently for over two decades to build a reputation based on the quality of our service and the depth of our relationships. I’m disappointed to hear about your cons. Our team-based profit share bonus model, which is well-regarded in the industry, ensures that we deliver top-notch service to both our candidates and clients while allowing us to reward our team members for their contributions to the overall success of the team. Moreover, we have always been committed to offering competitive base salaries, opting for this over the commission draw system commonly seen in our industry. Our base salaries are among the best in the industry, recognizing the value and hard work of our team. We are always open to feedback and continuously seek ways to improve and enhance our employee experience. If you’d like you can reach out to me at rachna.ratra@robertwalters.co.jp to arrange a confidential discussion. Rachna Ratra Managing Director – Tokyo

The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers

Cons

Management does not care in performance of employees unless they are not meeting numbers
