Pros

there are no pro's to this company.

Cons

This company actually got me where I want to be now, however there are other avenues I could have explored but I was very unaware of what was ahead of me. You are constantly compared to top billers, who some may have 8 years industry experience more than you and have experience within the market they recruit for. You are given unrealistic targets to achieve, in recruitment the name of the game is to bring in money and make placements, in RW the name of the game is to be two faced and be a KPI God because that's what will convert, I had months of consistent KPI's and I still was in trouble each month. They diminish any bit of confidence, innovation, drive you have and mould you into the confidence and drive they want you to have. Work life balance does not exist there. The progression is only available to you if you have €€€€€ behind your name. If you are ruthless, selfish and no soul you will do well here, if you are genuine, self aware, hard working, and a team player, you won't do well here. There are plenty of other agencies in Dublin that are straight to the point with your bonus structure etc, its not rocket science, you get rewarded in other agencies, go there.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, however I am very sorry to hear that you didn’t experience any positives throughout your time with us. In relation to some of your points I would like to assure you that no new starters within the Group are ever compared to top billers within the organisation. We do have a number of highly successful consultants who have only been with the Group for a short period of time, which I believe to be an extremely positive factor - this shows new starters that rewards are there for all staff, regardless of tenure within the organisation. Due to the large number of successful consultants in our Dublin office we are in the fortunate position where we can expand our teams and give inexperienced recruiters exceptional opportunities to develop their skills - which I believe is a great opportunity for people who are looking to develop a career in recruitment and to learn from some of the leaders in the industry. We believe that this is a job which should focus on results, not hours spent at a desk. The nature of our job means that we need to sometimes be available for people before and after standard working hours, but on other days there is a large degree of flexibility which is left up to the individual to manage themselves. Our company ethos revolves around team work – from our non commission structure to numerous team and office incentives, so I am disappointed to read your review as I believe it goes against all the principles and working practices we abide by on a daily basis. I wish you well in your future endeavours and am always open to a discussion if you would like to discuss any aspect with us further. Louise Campbell Managing Director Ireland

Pros

The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers

Cons

Management does not care in performance of employees unless they are not meeting numbers

Pros

-Great if you are building your skillset in the recruitment space -Very large clients to work with if you want that experience

Cons

-Did not have bonus for 1 year and almost did not for the year after only reason as to why we did it was due to layoffs -Lots of management changes throughout my time there, and it is all moving to helicopter managers who do not know how to give constructive feedback - Had the largest workload ever, very similar to agency space but not agency pay - Commission is paid quarterly instead of monthly if you are in a recruiting space -Recruiters will make more overall than the Recruitment Partners
