Pros

Good people within the company and based in an attractive location.

Cons

Senior members of the organisation are given too much power to the point where they berate junior members of the team and no one says a word which is downright unacceptable. People should not be allowed to look down or talk down on junior members or other members of the team just cause they bring money to the company. Due to recent events, the culture in the organisation has shifted and has made it very dull and toxic. There are a lot of fear tactics used to scare off employees in order to motivate them to do better.

Thank you for leaving a review, I’m glad you valued the time you spent with your colleagues. But I’m disappointed to read your cons, we work hard to build the collaborative, team-based workplace that powers our high-performance culture, and we are proud that all of our people have access to the support and learning opportunities to develop a successful career in recruitment. That being said, we’re always open to feedback – if you’d like, you can reach out to me at jason.grundy@robertwalters.com to arrange a confidential discussion. Pros

The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers

Cons

Management does not care in performance of employees unless they are not meeting numbers
