Since joining Resource Solutions, now Robert Walters, in 2017, I have been promoted three times and had the opportunity to work on various projects. At RW, hard work truly pays off. During my tenure, I have also welcomed two children. RW offers a market-leading maternity leave package, including excellent additional maternity pay, the option to extend your leave, and a phased return to work. Our beautiful open-plan office in Deansgate features a roof terrace, breakout booths, chill-out areas, and complimentary food and drinks. The office atmosphere is wonderful, resulting in a strong sense of team spirit.
Cons
Over the past few years, we have experienced significant changes, both in senior leadership and through the rebranding process, unifying all three brands into one. While this may cause some uncertainty, I am confident in the path that now lies ahead for us.
